- Criterion: Penultimate and final year law students - Criterion: Strong academic performance (evidenced by transcript submission) - Criterion: Professional communication skills (demonstrated through letter of application) - Criterion: Interest in multiple practice areas (Real Estate/Property, Litigation, IP, Corporate, Commercial, Taxation) - Criterion: Commitment to full-time 3-month placement (December to February) - Mentoring: Placement under one dedicated Director and team - Mentoring: Exposure to multiple departments throughout clerkship - Development: Rotations across five practice areas (Real Estate/Property, Litigation, IP, Corporate, Commercial, Taxation) - Development: Firm presentation evening (30 April 2026) - Pathway: AULSA Uniform Clerkship Scheme signatory (structured graduate pathway) - Program: Full 3-month placement (December to end of February)
