Program Overview

- Criterion: Strong research and analytical skills (demonstrated through video research task); ability to engage effectively with partners; capacity to integrate as central team member - Criterion: Interest in hands-on legal experience across multiple practice areas - Criterion: Commitment to professional development and coaching engagement - Mentoring: Partner engagement during selection and throughout clerkship; coaching and observation opportunities; integration as central team member - Development: Hands-on experience in client meetings, court observation, legal research, and drafting; structured training program; skills development through real work exposure - Pathway: Eligible clerks progress to 12-month Graduate Program with 2 rotations; PLT support provided - Program: 4-week summer clerkship with multiple intakes; Melbourne programs (late Nov–mid Dec 2026; mid Jan–mid Feb 2027); Perth program (March 2026); Graduate Development Program also available
