- Criterion: Currently studying law or completed law degree; strong academic performance (transcript required); professional communication skills (cover letter assessment); CV demonstrating relevant experience or involvement - Mentoring: Buddy assigned from graduate or junior lawyer cohort; senior lawyer supervisor for graduate program participants - Development: Three-week seasonal clerkship providing snapshot of firm's practice areas; three practice area rotations during 12-month graduate program; College of Law part-time studies support - Pathway: 12-month graduate program following clerkship; structured rotations across practice areas; conversion to permanent roles (offers made 30 September 2026)
