Program Overview
- Criterion: Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander identity; law student at accredited Australian university; completed 2+ years of law degree; demonstrated interest in criminal law - Mentoring: Exposure to court preparation and presentation across Magistrates, District, Supreme and QCAT proceedings - Development: Client interview experience; legal research skills; court presentation training - Pathway: Paid 4-week winter clerkship (June or July 2026, flexible commencement) - Program: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Winter Clerkship (exclusive program, no general seasonal clerkship available)
